The hejONE Entry Criteria
If you tick the boxes below, you're a top procurement expert — and probably a great fit for the hejONE team. If that's you, you'll find the application to join our procurement network just below.
Procurement Experience
You're active in at least one of these areas: direct procurement, indirect procurement, IT procurement, digital transformation, strategic procurement or negotiations. And you've got interim management experience in core or support functions at companies with 500+ employees.
Independent Consultant
You work as an independent procurement expert (freelancer or your own company), specialising in procurement & supply chain or digital procurement, data science & AI. Your focus is primarily on consulting — not coaching or training.
3+ Years Active
You've got at least 3 years of hands-on experience — either in procurement organisations or in consulting at a tier-1 or tier-2 firm, or a respected boutique consultancy.
Highly Specialised
You're a top expert in 1–3 fields and have already delivered plenty of projects on those topics as an external consultant. You have a highly specialised industry or category profile.
2+ Public References
You can name at least two professional references from your work as a management consultant or category manager.
SMEs or Large Corporates
As an independent consultant, you've mainly worked with upper-mid-market companies and large corporates so far.
